Reviews: Among Gods - The Feeding of Cruelty
Full Length
Debut Album from Belarusian Female Fronted Melodic Death Metal Band. I reviews
this Album track by track. Check it out.
1st track, Reach To
The Stars. The riffs are groove, sharp and heavy like In Flames and the
Vocals like Angela Gossow. The composition was easy listening and solid. The
guitar licks very catchy. 2nd track, Vengeance. The music
composition easier than previous tracks, and the guitar solo is excellent. A
fury song with easy listening composition. 3rd track, Faceless Terror. Started
with acoustic guitar licks. The guitar licks at the reff very excellent and
although shortest, but this’s excellent melodic metalcore song.
4th track, My
Confrontation. The riffs are sharper, and heavier. The tempo was changeable
from heavier to slow and vice versa. The guitar solo very simple, although the
guitar riffs are heavier and sharper. 5th track, Nasty Blood.
Her vocals more variative, her sang excellently in Harsh and Clean vocals. The
riffs like In Flames and the Drums are very solid and blast. The guitar solo
slow and excellent. 6th track, Frozen Heart. Another slow
melodeath song in this album and some breakdown elements made this song heard
rather Metalcore. The reff parts are excellent.
7th track, Young
Warrior. This song very Metalcore, and the composition was very solid and
the riffs are groove like In Flames. 8th track, Nightly Ghost.
Started with excellent guitar licks, the tempo of this song is mid-tempo and
this song with a little bit Clean Vocals. 9th track, Rise Up.
The guitar licks and guitar solo are catchy and excellent. Although the riffs
are heavier, but Among Gods present the beauty guitar solo on this song.
The Music composition like In
Flames and The Vocals like Angela Gossow.
This’s Cruelty Easy Listening
Melodic Death Metal Album.
