Reviews: Moonloop – Devocean

2nd Full Length Album from Spanish Progressive Death Metal Band. I reviews this Album track by track. Check it out.

1st track, Megalodon. The Progressive elements are very insane and the atmosphere was calm. This song easy listening, but the composition very complex. 2nd track, Zeal. Distortion and Acoustic, & Harsh and Clean Vocals. Coarse and Soft, all in one on this song. 3rd track, Gallery of Diminished Nightmares. The guitars licks are minor and melancholy, although the drums are solid and blasting. Hear ambient sounds on this like feel in the Space. 4th track, Expired Kings. Easy listening and rather Djent. Easy composition, but solid.

5th track, Medusa. His Vocals very Old School and the riffs are Thrash. Like Death, but the composition more insane and more groovy. Acoustic guitar licks on this song made more excellent. 6th track, Oceans. This song was like The Faceless. The composition was easy but insane. Acoustic, Distortion, Clean and Harsh Vocals, combine on one song perfectly. 7th track, Interglacial. The cymbal on this song more Noise than previous tracks, and this song more Technical. 8th track, Origin. Acoustic alongside Distortion, mid-tempo and noise cymbal. The Guitar solo is harmonize like Death. 50% Clean Vocals and 50% Harsh Vocals.

The composition always changeable, and the music tempo mostly mid-tempo. Some ambient parts made this song heard calm and excellent. The guitar was very harmonize and insane. This album fusion between Death and The Faceless.
This’s powerful album, they were present easy listening progressive death metal perfectly.
Score: 100%
