Setelah merilis Album yang berjudul "Cryptopsy" pada Tahun 2012 lalu, kini Cryptopsy akan merilis EP terbarunya yang berjudul "The Book of Suffering (Tome 1)" pada tanggal 30 Oktober 2015. Album ini dirilis secara Independent dalam 2 format, yaitu Digital dan CD. Album ini Diproduseri oleh Christian Donaldson sang Gitaris, Dimixing oleh Jason Suecof, Dimastering oleh Alan Douches. Fotografi oleh Eric Sanchez dan Artworknya oleh Remy Cuveillier. Berikut Detail EP Terbaru Cryptopsy "The Book of Suffering (Tome 1)" yang akan dirilis pada tanggal 30 Oktober 2015. Tracklist:
