Reviews: Elkenwood – Elkenwood

EP Debut from Australian Black Metal Band. I reviews this EP track by track. Check it out.

1st track, Uncreation. A tranquil song. A song with Minor licks, slow tempo, noise cymbal, excellent violin and calm atmosphere. This song was great combination between tranquil, darkness and beauty. His harsh vocals are like The God of Hell. 2nd track, Winter Cometh. The riffs heavier, calm and the composition was enjoyable. Atmosphere that combined with Violin really excellent. The guitar solo are catchy and simple. 3rd track, Hemlock & Wolfsbane. A melodic tranquil song. Easy notes and calm atmosphere. The violin solo made this song more excellent. 4th track, The Elk, The Wolf & The Cloaked Companion. Folk lyrics, simple dark guitar licks, gloom notes and Vocals like Devil. The riffs really easy and the keyboard sound made this song rather dark. This song calm and dark.

The Darkness, Folk, and Calm Atmospheres combine in this album.
Dark, Calm, Excellent and Great Cover Art.
Score: 95%
