Reviews: Kivimetsän Druidi - The Lost Captain

After a 6-year layoff (!) Kivimetsän Druidi have returned with a 3 song EP entitled “The Lost Captains”. This EP released Independently and listed in our blog as Best Folk Metal Cover in April 2016.

1^st track, The Lost Captain. Catchy Violin, Angelic Female Soprano Voice, Harsh Vocals, Good Reff, and Catchy Guitar Solo. This song has a Power Metal element.

2^nd track, Night Before the Dark. Started with Catchy Guitar Folk Lick, then followed by Male Harsh Vocals, Noisy Cymbal, Catchy Melodic Guitar, Angelic Female Soprano Voice, Guitar Solo from 03:55 until 04:46, and 55% Power Metal – 45% Folk Metal.

3^rd track, Whispers of the Wind. Thrash Metal Guitar Riff, Great Beauty and the Beast Vocals, Atmospheric, Solid Double Pedal, Woman Evil Laugh, and Guitar Solo from 03:36 until 04:00. Whispers of the Wind, Soprano Vocals the last part it’s very fantastic.

Only 3 songs, but fantastic and amazing. Fantastic songs of the Angel and the Demon.
